Dynamic creative taught me how to make ideas scale.

At Ford, one of the UK’s biggest BAU media spends, asset delivery had become a major bottleneck. Dynamic digital and radio assets were being explored to ease production pressure and free up resource for bigger brand work — but the project had already stalled several times.

I was brought in to take it over despite limited in-house expertise, no simple external solution, and aggressive timelines. Working directly with overseas coders, I translated between creative, media, technical and commercial teams to get something complex live, on budget, and working.

What I’m strongest at in this space is turning creative ambition, production reality and commercial need into something workable and scalable.

I later brought that same capability to Contiki, leading dynamic banner delivery through Smartly.
